Videoconference Details

Title : Enter a descriptive title for this meeting.
Begin Date :
End Date : For one-time meetings leave blank; for a series enter the last day of the series.
Begin Time : Do not include set-up time.
End Time : We will add a 30 min tear-town buffer when possible.
Frequency : Describe how this meeting will repeat, e.g., "MWF", "Every Monday", "T/TH", etc.
Non-Meeting Dates: Enter all known dates including holidays.
Connecting: Enter first your Austin reserved room location; then list the other far-sites you want to connect to. Exact room numbers are not required but are helpful if you know them. General region descriptors such as: UTEP, UTPA, UTHSCSA, DPRI

Attendees: Enter one or two names of known attendees along with their site locations e.g., “Dr. Burgess(SA)” or for larger meetings just enter the expected attendees group demographic, e.g., "P3 Students", "staff", "faculty".
