Modifications for EquivalenciesThis form is supported by versions 3 or higher of Netscape Navigator and versions 4 or higher of Internet Explorer.Only authorized advisors may submit modifications. All submissions will be verified prior to their posting. Please fill in all the contact information at the top of the page. The courses that you submit to meet the UT-Austin College of Pharmacy admissions requirements should be courses that are required of science majors at your institution. Only microbiology courses that have at least one semester of general biology and one year of general chemistry as prerequisites will satisfy our four credit hour microbiology requirement. To recommend a change to a course equivalency, in the appropriate box, enter the old course abbreviation and course number as well as the new course abbreviation and course number that replaces it. You do not have to fill in boxes where the course equivalency has not changed. When you have complete ALL changes, click on the submit button at the bottom of the page. You will get a message box with some information about the transmission of e-mail. Click on the "Submit" button to send your changes. Note that there will be no immediate confirmation that your information was sent. If you click on the "Submit" button, be assured that it was. Within a week you should either receive an e-mail message from us asking for clarification or you will see the change reflected on your page.
