POINTS SYSTEM

Each meeting attended shall count as 2 points.

For each fundraising event, 3 points shall be given to members who bring prepared items (ex. spaghetti, noodles), 2 points for other food or purchased items (ex. bread, utensils), and 1 point for helping serve or sell merchandise.

For community serve and NCPA events, 3 points shall be awarded to the member(s) who plan and organize an event, and each member who attends will receive 1 points per half hour.

Concerning national and/or local meetings attended on stipend, those students who have not attended any meetings on stipend through any UT organization shall automatically receive 2 points.

The Texas Legislative Conference, held every two years, shall be mandatory for those wishing to attend the NCPA Annual Conference on National Legislation and Government Affairs.

Points shall be reset at the end of the spring semester.
