Student Regional Council Application Requirements
(Incomplete applications will not be accepted.)

1. You must hold one of the following NCPA Student Chapter positions to be eligible for
consideration:

President
Vice President
Secretary
Treasurer
President-Elect
Committee Chair
Past Chapter President

2. You must have a minimum GPA of 2.0 on a 4 point scale.

3. A letter of intent describing your career goals.

4. One official copy of pharmacyschool transcripts.

5. Resume/CV denoting accomplishments within the chapter, school, and state.

6. Provide two letters of recommendation from a current NCPA member (preferably a pharmacy owner) and a pharmacy school official endorsing your interest and ability to effectively participate in this
dynamic environment

The deadline is January 20th (postmarked date) Submit all information at one time. Please have the
individuals writing your letters of recommendation enclose the letters in sealed envelopes with their
signatures across the closure.
