a. student lounge- kitchen supplies--each organization will donate $10 to buy new supplies for food at meetings for the Spring semester, ASP has generously offered to donate an extra $40 since they are such a large organization--Thanks!!
b. P3- lack of attendance--ideas??
i. Only open lectures up to excused absences on Blackboard video stream
ii. Print lecture notes and distribute these in class
c. PC members are required to be on at least 1 committee each semester--please sign up or email the committee chair and Nishi with your name and info.
d. Cleaning of student lounge--please look at the schedule posted in the lounge for your week to clean and carry out the duties accordingly, if we run out of cleaning supplies, please let PC Exec. know and we will repurchase them. Thanks!!
e. POT LUCK--at Diane's house, April 27 at 6:30pm, emails and sign ups to follow for food

a. Senate Appropriations--free $$, different from SG, every organization should apply and organizations can apply for free printing and copies

b. New Committee Binder in the Student Affairs office with Kay--budget and spending done by organizations are done a bit differently this year, all info. is in your binder, all spending must be put in your binder and your $$ left over will also be in your binder.
i. All committee budget information is in there and all final spending must go through Kay.
c. New Fundraising Binder in the student lounge--please leave this binder in the student lounge b/c Frank worked very hard on putting it together. Thanks Frank!!
d. UT College of Pharmacy Banner Check - Out
i. Will leave in the storage room for accessibility for student organizations.

a. Spring roster updated--let Steph know if your organization's reps or president has changed so I can update the appropriate documents
b. meetings are mandatory unless excused beforehand--if we are having distance-learning issues, please let me know ASAP so San Antonio, Pan Am and El Paso are attending the meetings
c. calendar Spring 2007--Steph needs test schedules from all the class reps in the next week to put together the Spring 2007 calendar of events, please send these to me as soon as they are completed
d. picking fundraising dates for Spring--please stay after meeting to choose these

a. Update on Task Force: nat'l survey is being put together in collaboration with UNC to evaluate student organizations at Pharmacy Schools around the country looking at how organizations are chosen and the associated criteria
b. Calendar committee to be appointed under V.P. (Nishi) to get with the planner chair and plan the dates for 2007-2008. Diane will be helping out with this.

IM: Basketball starting up this semester and we need girls for the Coed team and the girls team. No games this week due to Super Bowl. Please email Jason at jayeh@mail.utexas.edu if interested.
Planner: please see Jimmy He if you are interested in helping out on the committee or have any suggestions about improving the look or format of the planner
Disease Awareness: HIV speaker to be held 2/21 with lunch provided, hope to see you all there!!
Student Interviews: P2s and P3s who are interviewing, please get your info. packet from Meena and everyone sign up if you can help out in the hospitality room--this is a valuable resource we provide to new students. Dates are 2/16 and 2/17 for interviews.
