    1. Fundraising policy—as discussed at the last meeting, we need pictures of all your organization’s fundraising items and their descriptions. They should have been sent to Frank this week or ASAP!
    2. FAC computer lab closes at 10, 1st floor closes at 2 (no longer 24 hours)
      1. Complaints-please write on paper passed around, reps please take this list to your classes and put it in Grace’s mailbox.
    3. Pharmacy Month
      1. October 26th—booths outside Gregory gym, please help out!! Let Shirley know if you can make it if even for _ an hour.
    4. TETA awards—place your nominations on the website by 10/30, it only takes a minute to fill out the form.
    5. Please let Diane and Susan Brown know who your organization’s speakers are for the Fall semester so they can put them on the new TV screens ASAP.
    6. We’re looking at shelves for the storage room and should come up with something soon—sorry it’s turned into such a mess all!!

    1. Senate Appropriations -
      1. Round 2 Applications DUE TODAY (TUESDAY) - Interviews Thursdays
      2. We still have a lot of FREE money left so please please please apply!
      3. Congrats to APSA for getting funding for their screenings!
    2. Buying Office Supplies, etc from Office Depot—be sure to fill out a letter on letterhead (if you don’t have it, make it with your organization info.) and include which items you would like and their quantities. Make sure your president and advisor sign the form before submitting it to Kay. This is a way to get a HUGE DISCOUNT on all your Office Depot supples.

      2. Role of the Pharmacy Council: Unifying the College's Organization
    4. Exec. is still exploring expanding roles for the PC rep., we encourage organization presidents to give your reps more responsibilities such as letting them report to PC what your organization has been up to and also letting them report back to the organization the PC meeting minutes. Thanks!

      1. Task force for Core Curriculum
        1. Independent Inquiry Flag {to promote public service.....which has shown to be a major influence on the development of leadership skills}
          • Would provide aid to non-profit and volunteer organizations in the Austin area
          • Create service learning "courses"(internships, and/or community experience in a various fields of study)
          • Service learning "courses" would satisfy the Independent Inquiry Flag
