    2. Storage room—mtg cut short so we can all help move bins back to storage room. Note: If you can’t make an event, please let us know—no one showed up to help out with the storage room. Please thank Grace and Kay for all their hard work in moving and setting up the shelves!!!
    3. Alcohol etiquette
      1. Use good judgment at functions where you are representing our college
    4. President Elect Position—must constantly be thinking about what is good for the college and how it can improve.

    1. Senate Funding Appropriations
      1. Congrats to UT APhA-ASP for funding from Senate!
      2. That's it for funding for this semester. Stay tuned and get prepared for next semester's funding appropriations from Student Government ($10,000) and Senate ($5,000).
    2. New Magazine/Literature Racks are in—They look GREAT!!
      1. Thanks Senate of College Councils for funding & Kay for setting up the installation!
    3. Committees that need to turn in budget:
      1. Parent's Day, Social, Interview --- Please turn in by next Friday
    4. Task Force on the Evaluation of Pharmacy Organizations
      1. Looking for at least 3 members to serve on committee
        1. Member does not need to be in Pharmacy Council, so encourage your class to talk to me if they're interested.

      1. Last week you should have received an e-mail entitled "enter your subject here." This was a glitch - it was actually a survey for directory privacy. Please FILL IT OUT!! THANKS SO MUCH!!!

    1. Food policy—must be submitted to Kay 7 days in advance, no exceptions and do not to directly to EHS, you must go through Kay on this please.
    2. You must submit paperwork for registering your organization each semester, please make sure to fill out the form and turn it in ASAP
    3. All organizations should update their websites to include current status ASAP, please send your updates to Belinda

  9. Representatives' Reports -- New section during meetings
    1. KE—tabling on West Lawn for breast cancer Th. 12-2pm, Race for the Cure 11/5, pick up your race packet Wed. at lunch if you signed up.

    3. CPFI—next meeting will feature a Christian musician, be sure to show up for food, fun and music
    4. APSA—Vietnamese Health Fair 11/11 7am-1pm with cholesterol and blood glucose screenings, brownies ala mode on Wed.
    5. Rho Chi—financial manager to speak at next meeting
    6. NCPA—Men’s Health speaker at next meeting
    7. SNPhA—P4 to speak at next mtg re. Pharmability Program
