i. Intro. and discussion re new dean search.   Search committee will include reps from UT campus, alumni, staff, faculty, students, Vice Provost.   Provost and UT President give recs to search committee.   The timeline will be Fall of 2007 with a new dean named and possibly 2008 depending on circumstances of the new dean.   If you would like to be on the search committee, please let Grace know.   2 PharmD students and 1 grad student will be asked.

a.  Elections of new officers

i. Nominations TODAY! Elections will take place the week of 3/19 and will be electronic and include all our campuses.   Candidates please see Erika so she can get your information.   VP: Sapana, Fin. Dir. Kunal, Secr. Jimmy, Senate Megan, SG Erika.   Class reps can not be on Exec. so you will need to step down as class rep as of next Fall.   If you are President an organization, you may not run for PC President, VP or Financial Director on Exec.

a.  Student lounge- kitchen supplies, approx $7 or $15 (for UTSSHP and ASP) will be removed from your foundation accounts to pay for kitchen supplies, CPFI should give their check to Nishi.   This will continue each semester and adjustments may need to be made based on quantities needed.

b.  Organization cleaning every other week--Please check the schedule so you know when it is your turn to clean.

c.  Committee applications out and due March 2 nd

i. Look online or in email--reps please make sure your classes know how to apply for these positions and when the deadline is.

d.  Organization dates for 2007-2008--new proposed mtg schedule will be sent out by email.   If you have any issues with this, please let Stephanie know ASAP so the appropriate changes can be made before the schedule is placed in the planner for next year.

b.  PDC will be having a brown bag meeting on 3/6 to discuss counterfeit meds, all are invited.

Explore UT: This Saturday!!   We will be decorating Thurs., Fri. and Sat. Please come by and help out if you can.   This year will be absolutely amazing!!!   Watch us transform the Pharmacy building into a jungle!

Student Interviews: email Meena if your organization is interested in blocking out time in the Hospitality room for the next round of interviews on 3/23 and 3/24.   Please also let Meena and Christine know if you can help them out.

IM: Please let Jason Yeh know by email if you can play softball with us this semester.   We are the Co-ed returning champs!!!   Way to go Pharmacy studs!!

Planners: If you have comments to add information to the planner such as a Periodic Table or some PT lab values, please let Jimmy know ASAP so they can be added in next year.   We can custom make pages for our calendar!
