    1. DSAC (Dean's Student Advisory Committee) -- applications and appointments will go through the Student Issues committee, expected start dae is in Fall, Seeking 2 representatives from each class who are not class reps already. Reps will need to be willing to really investigate and research issues and problems in their and present them to the Dean for possible solution
      1. Meet with Dean Leslie twice per semester
      2. Meet with planning committee once per month
      3. 2 representatievs per class
      4. Subcommittee of Student Issues
    2. Kay Jamison -- all office keys need to be turned into Kay. Then organizations that need keys will need to email Debra Madden (debrajm@mail.utexas.edu) with your name, title, organization name, UTEID, email address and which rooms you will need keys for. You should also get tabs to label your keys for the room, person and organization they belong to. Keys to cabinets and drawers should all be kept in the desk of each office so members to that office can access all locks inside.

    1. Roster update & date of elections -- Final Fall roster is attached. Please check all your information including position, name, email and phone to make sure all are correct. Please email me any corrections ASAP. If the new P3 class could also let me know when class elections are complete, that would be a big help. Thanks!

    1. Code of Conduct -- still in legal department working aggressively with task force to fix problems, but the document will be presented to the new class of stents during orientation

    5. Social -- looking at several locations for the Spring social including pools at Gregory gym, grassy area near LBJ, softball fields, IM fields (both fields can be reserved through Gregory). If you have any other ideas or suggestions, please email Tiffany Shipper.

    11. Welcome: mentees have been assigned, please contact them and check the NSO schedule for mentor/mentee required events
    12. NSO: needs lots of volunteers for orientation and set-up. If you signed up to help out, please check and answer your emails and show up! We need you!! Aug. 21st 5.108 room reserved for stuffing goody bags, preparing for orientation, Aug. 24th decorating -- meet at 9AM to help out, Aug. 28th need volunteers at 6AM to decorate and blow up balloons, and also at 7:30AM to welcome students to the orientation breakfast. Dress is business casual with your white coats and name tags.
    13. Pharmacy Month Update: schedule is being finalized for October Pharmacy Month and will be sent out, chairs will need to send Diane new dates for the Dean's ice cream social to resolve conflicts with the Dean's schedule.
      1. Week 1: UTSSHP will be presenting a pediatric pharmacist as the speaker
      2. Week 2: APSA, KE, PDC will be presenting a speaker on pharmacy for the elderly
      3. Week 3: Rho Chi, ASP will present an Asthma specialist

  10. Old Business
    1. All organizations need to make sure their web pages are updated, especially fundraising web pages. Flat screens will be purchased and sponsored by the Coop for the 2nd and 3rd floors with schedules for speakers. Diane needs your speaker meeting information ASAP so she can promote what the College of Parmacy organizations are sponsoring.

    1. First Fall meeting of the semester will be on Tuesday, Sept. 12th, all on the Fall Roster are required to attend. I will be emailing those of you who already have unexcused absences from this past summer.
