      1. Many organizations with multiple tables
      2. Next year request 2 tables if needed
    3. Keys
      1. Need to return to Kay at end of term -- request a key thru your faculty advisor, otherwise your name will stay on file with the key office until graduation and this can cause problems for you
    4. Student lounge cleaning schedule -- please see schedule attached to agenda handed out at the meeting and arrange for members from your organization to clean at the appropriate times
    5. Student offices will get computers
      1. 2 in big office, 1 each in small offices -- no printers are available as of yet, but computers will be placed int eh offices on 9/14, please make sure all your files are backed up and saved by the end of the day on 9/13
      2. Please save all neccessary documents on current computers

    1. Budget Allocation for Committees ready!

    2. NEW COP -- Pharmacy Students banner -- can be used in health screenings or events in the community, send Frank an email 1 week in advance to check out the banner, roll it up and keep velcro strips with it
      1. For organizations to check out when out on community service to better represent our college and ID its students
    3. SG Appropriations Applications for Fall is out!

      2. Applications due online Monday, Setpember 18th -- free $$ given by SG, but must be for a specific purchase, besides computer/printers/technical equipment
      3. Great way for FREE MONEY! Money needs to be for a specific purpose or event.
    4. Senate Appropriations Applications
      1. First round -- best to apply for this free $$ from Senate during the first round!
        1. Due September 26th 4pm
        2. Interviews will be September 28th

    5. GREAT FUNDRAISING opportunity for organizations at the Annual Pharmacy CE Event -- this Sunday, 9/17, email Kristin at kristinw@mail.utexas.edu if you're interested. You can sign up 11:45-12:55 and 1:45-2:00pm at the Doubletree off I-35 and 290 in N. Austin. bring plenty of change and be there 30 minutes early to set up.

    1. Application for university sponsorship of registered student organizations -- this is required must get an application from SSB or online
    2. Balance in Foundation Accounts -- thanks for getting budgets in on time to Diane, you can contact your faculty advisor if you would like to know the balance on your account
    3. Purchase orders -- go thru Kay for these
    4. Travel -- must have all paperwork for those traveling at least 3 weeks in advance, NO EXCEPTIONS will be made, the stipends have been allotted by the Dean's office, they cannot be changed or split up
    5. Food Safety Policy -- any organization must have this form on hand at any event involving food sales, please adhere to rules of where food can be eaten below

    4. Fundraising -- need volunteers for CE meeting on Sunday, please contact Angel Wang, also if you have any ideas for fundraising opportunities
    5. Social -- Tiffany is in contact with the univeristy for the Spring social, idea is Field Day, if you have any ideas for games, please contact Tiffany
    6. Student Interview
    7. Student Issues -- 9/22 is the deadline to apply for the standing committees involved with Student Issues
    8. IM Coordinator -- IM flag football starts this week: coed game Sunday at 4pm, guys 5pm, volleyball will start in October. Please contact Jason Yeh if you are interested
    9. LPPA Liaison
    10. Parents' Day -- Chairs Maggie Dinh and Kathryn Mier need volunteers for stuffing envelops for invitations, theme is a day in the life of a pharmacist, Parents' Day is 9/28

    13. Pharmacy Month: Chairs Jenny Ngo and Shirley Kong need all organizations events such as speakers, screenings, and sales that will take place during the month of October so they can promote these events for you. Please contact them ASAP with this information

  10. Old Business
    1. Mailboxes are way too expensive to reconstruct so we are looking into getting new labels with organizations positions instead of names, all organization reps, presidents and PC exec. will have mailboxes
    2. We are getting a magazine rack for the 2nd floor area to carry all brochures, etc. and we are looking into shelving for the storage room

  11. New Business
    1. At the next meeting, organizaitons will be deciding fundraising dates for October and November
