- Need to return to Kay at end of term -- request a key thru your faculty advisor, otherwise your name will stay on file with the key office until graduation and this can cause problems for you
- Student lounge cleaning schedule -- please see schedule attached to agenda handed out at the meeting and arrange for members from your organization to clean at the appropriate times
- Student offices will get computers
- 2 in big office, 1 each in small offices -- no printers are available as of yet, but computers will be placed int eh offices on 9/14, please make sure all your files are backed up and saved by the end of the day on 9/13

- SG Appropriations Applications for Fall is out!

- Applications due online Monday, Setpember 18th -- free $$ given by SG, but must be for a specific purchase, besides computer/printers/technical equipment
- Great way for FREE MONEY! Money needs to be for a specific purpose or event.

- GREAT FUNDRAISING opportunity for organizations at the Annual Pharmacy CE Event -- this Sunday, 9/17, email Kristin at kristinw@mail.utexas.edu if you're interested. You can sign up 11:45-12:55 and 1:45-2:00pm at the Doubletree off I-35 and 290 in N. Austin. bring plenty of change and be there 30 minutes early to set up.

- Travel -- must have all paperwork for those traveling at least 3 weeks in advance, NO EXCEPTIONS will be made, the stipends have been allotted by the Dean's office, they cannot be changed or split up

- Student Issues -- 9/22 is the deadline to apply for the standing committees involved with Student Issues
- IM Coordinator -- IM flag football starts this week: coed game Sunday at 4pm, guys 5pm, volleyball will start in October. Please contact Jason Yeh if you are interested

- Parents' Day -- Chairs Maggie Dinh and Kathryn Mier need volunteers for stuffing envelops for invitations, theme is a day in the life of a pharmacist, Parents' Day is 9/28

- Pharmacy Month: Chairs Jenny Ngo and Shirley Kong need all organizations events such as speakers, screenings, and sales that will take place during the month of October so they can promote these events for you. Please contact them ASAP with this information
- Old Business
- Mailboxes are way too expensive to reconstruct so we are looking into getting new labels with organizations positions instead of names, all organization reps, presidents and PC exec. will have mailboxes
- We are getting a magazine rack for the 2nd floor area to carry all brochures, etc. and we are looking into shelving for the storage room

- At the next meeting, organizaitons will be deciding fundraising dates for October and November
