I.       Roll Call -- see attached attendance sheet, please let me know if you will be missing the next meeting due to NCPA convention if I don't already have you down on the sheet.

    1. Fundraising policy -- so that organizations don't sell the same items, we need a comprehensive list of each organization's items that are being sold. new items must then be voted on by Exec. and if need be other Pharmacy Council members before they are approved for purchase. Please email your sales items to Frank by Oct. 9.
    2. Pharmacy Month
      1. Please publicize it
      2. Inform others of all the events
    3. FAC computer lab closes at 10, 1st floor closes at 2 (no longer 24 hrs)
      1. Complaints -- email ITS to get this changed and get the hourse extended
    4. Tailgate party with the Dean
      1. November 4th $10 for students -- food will be served
        1. Fundraising/booths -- sell stuff to alums from your organization, contact Diane if you want a booth

    1. Student Lounge -- have class reps. tell each class that if your containers are not labeled, they are going get tossed out. Also make sure your stuff is cleaned out of the fridge and lounge by each Friday afternoon or it will be thrown away.
      1. Food -- label and date
      2. Do dishes, take home containers...otherwise throw away
      3. Cover items when microwave

    1. Senate Appropriations -- applications are due today, you've got a good chance of being approved!!
      1. Deadlines (9/26, interview 9/28)
    2. Budget -- for Committees
      1. All committees must set budget with me before spending -- each committee should write up a preliminary, itemized budget for Frank before any money is spent.
      2. If not done correctly, no reimbursements

    13. Pharmacy Month: events calendar will go up on each floor, make sure you promote your organizations speakers, events, screenings, etc. to each class and let the chairs know so they can promote events for entire month. Sign up to help on Pharmacy Month with Shirley Kong
