Orange intern name tags may be issued to each P2 - P4 student to wear during their internship. P1 students receive blue tags at the beginning of the P1 year and orange tags the end of the P1 year. UT Pharmacy students only may reorder replacement tags should theirs become lost or damaged. Name tags may be ordered by filling out the
