How to request landscape services
You may request routine landscape services online through WORQS.
You may request special landscape services by submitting a SR10 form.

Landscape and Outdoor Services
We provide these landscape and outdoor services:
- Lawn and plant bed maintenance and installation
- Litter and outdoor debris pickup
- Irrigation system operation and maintenance
- Tree planting and maintenance
- Sidewalk and street cleaning
- Open drain and open trench maintenance (for storm sewer systems)
- Fire ant control
- Design review for all new construction projects involving landscaping
- Memorial tree planting
Requesting Plant Set-Ups, Consultation & Design
Request plant set-up services by submitting an SR10. The fee structure is based on plant deliveries and pick-ups made during normal working hours Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Requests for plant set-ups are filled in the order received and are based on plant availability. We ask that all requests for plants be made as far in advance as possible. Requests received with less than two days notice will get charged an additional $50.00 scheduling fee.

| 12 plants or less | $25.00 |
| More than 12 plants | $35.00 |

Reporting Problems
On the Main Campus:
If you see a tree or a large branch that has fallen, please report it to Landscape Services by calling 512-471-6888.
If you notice problems with outdoor sprinklers, please call Landscape Services at 512-471-6888 during regular working hours (7 a.m. - 4 p.m.) or the emergency line at 512-471-2020 at all other times.
On the Pickle Research Campus:
Call 512-471-3600 to report landscaping or sprinkler concerns.
