You may request service online through WORQS, or you may call your zone shop/trouble desk Monday-Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. if you need to speak to someone about your service. Read more about service requests and who to contact after hours.

If you are on the Pickle Research Campus, you may also request repairs for specialized equipment online through WORQS or by completing a SR10 form.

Repairs and Maintenance

If you see something that needs repair in a university building, we're here to help. Our repair and maintenance services include the following:

Repairing light fixtures and other electrical systems
Maintaining and repairing water distribution systems, such as piping, sinks and toilets
Maintaining and repairing building pumps, fans and motors, and changing filters and fan belts
Repairing doors
Preparing and painting walls
Changing filters and fan belts in buildings
Testing, inspecting and maintaining building fire alarms and fire sprinkler systems
Testing, inspecting and maintaining chair lifts and doors for disability access
Keeping the university clock system in working order
