The Project consists of the construction of a new Wetland Education Center consisting of pavilions, floating docks, amphitheater and all associated boardwalks, pathways and sitework.    he contracting process and negotiations. Initial hourly rates shall be for the base year of the contract.

The general Construction Budget for the project is approximately: $604,000.00 to $684,000.00
