Jester East 5th Floor Maintenance & Interior Finishes

Beauford H. Jester Center (JES)

The Work includes updating the finishes in the corridors, student rooms, supplemental rooms and bathrooms on the fifth floor of Jester Dormitory East Tower. The Work shall consist of selective demolition, unit masonry, metal fabrications, interior walls and ceilings, storefront and entrance systems, and interior finish-out spaces, including drywall, doors, ceramic, porcelain and glass tile, resilient floor tile, paint, acoustical panel ceiling, interior architectural woodwork, building specialties, HVAC, electrical power, lighting, plumbing, fire suppression systems etc.        

The general Construction Budget for the project is approximately $1,530,000.00 to $1,734,000.00

From the South: Take the Manor Rd. exit and continue north through the light passing Mt. Calvary cemetery on the right. Turn right at the LBJ Library sign and stay to the left. The Facilities Complex is just across Dean Keeton. Turn left. At the second driveway, turn right.

From the North: Take the Manor Rd exit. Turn left at Manor Rd. then left again onto the frontage road. Continue north, passing Mt. Calvary cemetery on the right. Turn right at the LBJ Library sign and stay to the left. The Facilities Complex is just across Dean Keeton. Turn left. At the 2nd driveway, turn right.
