Kinsolving Dormitory (KIN)
The Work is a renovation of a first floor office space. It includes renovation of interior finishes and maintenance of building systems including the following: selective domolition, miscellaneous metals, interior architectural woodwork, hollow metal and wood doors and frames, exterior stile and rail doors, overhead coiling grilles, glazing and mirrors, metal stud and gypsum board partitions, acoustical panel and gypsum board ceilings, tile carpet, resilient floor tiles and accessories, tiling, stone facing, fixed sound-absorptive panels, painting, display cases, wall protection, toilet and bath accessories, residential appliances, horizontal louver blinds, stone and synthetic stone countertops, fire suppression systems, plumbing, HVAC, alarms, and electrical.
The general Construction Budget for the project is approximately $855,000.00 to $969,000.00

From the South: Take the Manor Rd. exit and continue north through the light passing Mt. Calvary cemetery on the right. Turn right at the LBJ Library sign and stay to the left. The Facilities Complex is just across Dean Keeton. Turn left. At the second driveway, turn right.
From the North: Take the Manor Rd exit. Turn left at Manor Rd. then left again onto the frontage road. Continue north, passing Mt. Calvary cemetery on the right. Turn right at the LBJ Library sign and stay to the left. The Facilities Complex is just across Dean Keeton. Turn left. At the 2nd driveway, turn right.
