Approximately 1,935 SF project area. Demolish interior construction of existing office suite, including specified architectural, electrical, mechanical, fire sprinklers, fire alarm system, . reconstruct per CDs. No ACM involved.
The general Construction Budget for each project is approximately:
Project A: $117,000.00 to $133,000.00
Project B: $166,000.00 to $188,000.00

From the North: Take the Manor Rd exit. Turn left at Manor Rd. then left again onto the frontage road. Continue north, passing Mt. Calvary cemetery on the right. Turn right at the LBJ Library sign and stay to the left. The Facilities Complex is just across Dean Keeton. Turn left. At the 2nd driveway, turn right.
