ESBD - The Electronic State Business Daily website is the posting site for most state procurement projects including The University of Texas at Austin.

PLANS and Specifications will generally be available within two (2) working days after NTP date.

NTB DATE is the date the Notice to Proposers was emailed to interested parties.

NUMBER of document sets allowed: Two (2) sets for PRIME Proposers, one (1) set for SUBS or SUPPLIERS.
