How to request service:

To request a cost estimate, purchase new furniture and carpeting, get started on a renovation project or request any other service, simply complete and submit a SR10 form. Download a SR10 form (pdf) and submit the completed form to:

How to check the status of a project:

To check the status of a project, log in to WORQS (EID required) and view your "Requestor Profile" page. After you submit a SR10, it takes about one week for your project to post in WORQS.
