To submit a proposal or bid, complete and submit the Prime Contractor Bid List Request Application Form (pdf). Consultants and professional services providers, complete and submit the Professional Services Consideration Request (pdf).

We use a bidding process to select the outside contractors and subcontractors involved in our projects, so during the course of many of our projects there is a bidding phase in which we receive price offers from various contractors and subcontractors.
