How to get new carpet/flooring:
To request a cost estimate, purchase new furniture and carpeting, get started on a renovation project or request any other service, simply complete a Service Request Form SR10 (pdf) and fax it to 512-471-8788, or use the electronic SR10 (eSR10) system.
The eSR10 system allows you to submit, route and approve documents if you have been confirmed as a requestor for your department and your department has implemented the eSR10 system.

Contact us first, no matter what the funding source is for your purchase, and we will help ensure that all products meet institutional standards. You will need PMCS approval before the Purchasing Office can process any department-initiated requests.
