How to get new furniture:

To begin the process of getting new furniture, simply log into WORQS. For more information about WORQS, visit our Service Request site.

You have the option to complete a Service Request Form SR10 (pdf) and fax it to 512-471-8788. J.J. Pickle Research Campus clients may complete the PRC Service Request Form and fax it to 512-475-8167.

We are your resource for new furniture purchases. We offer design and purchasing assistance in order to address university guidelines for quality, performance, ADA compliance, fire and safety codes, and appropriateness of design. To ensure product quality and receive approval from the Purchasing Office, you should submit an electronic WORQS service request to purchase a new item of furniture.


Service Cost Recovery

PMCS has established a Major Renovation Project Service Center that will use a cost recovery model to fund the operational and maintenance expenses for management of projects between $4 million and $10 million and for interior design services (excluding flooring-only projects) provided in projects under $4 million.
