Contractors and Subcontractors

To contract with PMCS or Facilities Services as a contractor or subcontractor, take the following steps:

1. Complete and submit the Prime Contractor Bid List Request Form (PDF) to place your firm on our bidding list.
2. Go to the Texas Comptroller’s Web site to get certification to participate as a HUB.

Consultants and Professional Service Providers

To contract with PMCS or Facilities Services as a consultant or professional service provider, take the following steps:

1. Complete and submit the Professional Services Consideration Request Form (PDF) and attach a letter of interest and a company profile.
2. Go to the Texas Comptroller’s Web site to get certification to participate as a HUB.

You can copy these forms and pass them around among many platforms. You can also fill them out electronically using the Adobe plug-ins, and then print them out to sign. Remember: Our forms require signatures, so always print them out to sign and either fax, mail or deliver them to the address listed on the form.
