Harassment: A UT Subject received 2 harassing phone calls.

Bike racks, 23RD Street and San Jacinto Blvd.

Occurred 7-3-01, 8:00p.m. - 9:05p.m.

Suspicious Person: A suspicious person described as, B/M, 5'6", 130 lbs, unshaven with "dirty matted" hair, black T-shirt w/red and white logo on the front, black knee length shorts, eyeglasses, dark colored backpack, was seen near the bike racks.

Suspicious Activity: A UT subject received a suspicious e-mail letter.

Suspicious Person: A suspicious person described as, W/M, early 20's, tall, thin build, wearing blue jeans with blue or green T-shirt, med. length dirty blonde hair, was seen leaving the area after hearing an alarm activated.

Suspicious Activity: A UT subject reported possibly being followed by a subject while walking. Person described as, dark skinned male, possibly Asian, wearing black slacks, and a black T-shirt.

Criminal Trespass Warning: A non-UT subject was issued a criminal trespass warning, after being found sleeping on a bench.
