Theft: IGOR Pro software was stolen from a first floor office. Loss value: $300.00.

E. William Doty Fine Arts Building, 2301 Trinity

Occurred between 10-23-01 and 11-1-01.

Theft: A portable CD player was stolen from a secured office. Loss value: $10.00.

Beauford H. Jester Center West, 201 East 21st Street

Occurred between 10-30-01 at 10:00 a.m. and 11-5-01 at 8:00 a.m.

Theft: A red Trek 4300 mountain bicycle was stolen from a bike rack west of the building. Loss value: $340.00.

Parking Garage #5, 2017 Robert Dedman Drive

Occurred between 11-2-01 at 4:15 p.m. and 11-5-2001 at 9:00 a.m.

Theft: A purple Roadmaster "Coyote Pass" women's mountain bicycle was stolen from the west side of the garage. Loss value: $25.00.

Parking Lot 67, 1900 Speedway

Occurred between 11-5-01 at 7:45 a.m. and 11-6-01 at 12:30 a.m.

Burglary of Motor Vehicle: A UT parking permit was stolen from inside a secured vehicle. Loss value: $5.00.

Union Building, #4 West Mall

Occurred on 11-5-01 at 1:00 p.m.

Suspicious Letter: A suspicious letter was received in a fourth floor office.

Jesse H. Jones Communication Center, 2504A Whitis Avenue

Occurred on 11-5-01 between 2:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.

Prostitution: An unidentified white male, approximately 30 years of age, 6', thin build, clean shaven, glasses and last seen wearing at-short and light colored baseball cap, propositioned a UT subject for "sex for money." The unidentified subject may have also been seen in the area of Carothers Dormitory.

Jesse H. Jones Communication Center, 2504C Whitis Avenue

Occurred on 11-5-01 at 3:45 p.m.

Criminal Trespass Warning: A non-UT subject was issued a criminal trespass warning after being found in an area that is restricted to faculty, staff, students and invited guests.

University Teaching Center, 105 West 21st Street

Occurred on 11-5-01 at 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.

Theft: A silver Rock Hopper mountain bicycle was stolen from a bike rack north of the building. Loss value: $600.00.

2200 block of Speedway

Occurred on 11-2-01 at 4:10 p.m.

Failure to Identify: A UT subject was found to be inaccurately identifying himself to a peace officer.

Frank C. Erwin Special Events Center, 1701 Red River

Occurred on 11-5-01 at 9:45 p.m.

Public Intoxication: A non-UT subject was found to be intoxicated and in a public place.

Graduate School of Business, 100 East 21st Street

Occurred between 11-5-01 at 10:30 p.m. and 11-6-01 at 1:00 a.m.

Theft: A maroon 26-speed Roadmaster mountain bicycle was stolen from a south side bike rack. Loss value: $50.00.

Townes Hall, 727 East Dean Keeton

Occurred on 11-6-01 at 6:00 a.m.

Suspicious Letter: A suspicious letter was found leaning against a windowsill on a closed door.

J. T. Patterson Laboratories Building, 2415 Speedway

Occurred on 11-6-01 at 10:43 a.m.

Suspicious Letter: A suspicious letter was received addressed to a former faculty member.

Union Building, #4 West Mall

Occurred on 11-6-01 at 11:15 a.m.

Theft: A gray backpack and its contents were stolen from a third floor room. Loss value: $235.00.

Intersection of 21st Street and San Jacinto Blvd.

Occurred on 11-7-01 at 5:00 a.m.

Multiple Driver Licenses: A non-UT subject was found to be in the possession of a valid driver's licenses that did not belong to the subject.
