Occurred between 3-13-02 at 4:00 p.m. and 3-14-02 at 7:45 a.m.
Burglary: Ten lockers on the north end hallway of the 4th floor were found broken into. The lockers had been secured with padlocks. The people that are using the lockers have not been contacted at the time the report was taken.
Living Learning Center B, 2610 Whitis Avenue
Occurred on 3-14-02 at 9:40 p.m.
Disturbance: A parent became involved in an argument with a UT student and refused to leave the student's dormitory room.
O. Henry Hall, 601 Colorado
Occurred on 3-15-02 at 5:05 a.m.
Possession Of A Controlled Substance: A non-UT subject was found asleep on the south side of the building. Subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning. Subject had an outstanding outside agency arrest warrant for traffic. Subject was found to be in possession of over three ounces of marijuana.
Red and Charline McCombs Field, 2001 Comal Street
Occurred on 3-15-02 at 4:02 a.m.
Public Intoxication: A non-UT subject was found on the east side of the field under the influence of alcohol to the point of being an endangerment to himself. Subject ran from officers and resisted arrest. Subject was found in possession of a controlled substance and had two outstanding outside agency arrest warrants for assault with bodily injury.
Union Building, #4 West Mall
Occurred on 3-14-02 at 8:41 p.m.
Criminal Trespass: Two non-UT subjects, under the influence of alcohol, caused a disturbance by using profanity and making verbal threats toward UT staff. Both were issued written criminal trespass warnings. One of the subjects was found to have three outstanding arrest warrants. One was for failure to appear and two were for traffic.
Union Building, #4 West Mall
Occurred on 3-14-02 at 7:55 a.m.
Soliciting: A non-UT subject was identified on the south side of the building asking for money. The subject, a known bunco artist since 1993, was displaying a sign that asked people for donations for deaf mutes. Subject's sign usually identifies him with the Deaf Southwest Athletic Association. Subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.
Walter Webb Hall, 2500 Guadalupe
Occurred between 3-13-02 at 5:00 p.m. and 3-14-02 at 11:15 a.m.
Graffiti: A black marker was used to write a non-descript message on a UT delivery van's driver's door. Repair cost: $50.00.
Parking Lot 114, 2100 Leona Street
Discovered by UTPD on 3-14-02 at 11:10 p.m.
Criminal Mischief: The left rear window was found broken out of a brown 1991 Honda Accord and it appears the vehicle's stereo was removed from the vehicle. The owner of the vehicle has not been contacted as of this date. Repair Damage: $200.00.
