Occurred on 3-22-02 at 12:24 p.m.
Criminal Trespass: Two non-UT subjects were identified harassing several people walking through the park. One subject had received a prior written criminal trespass warning.
2100 Comal Street
Occurred on 3-23-02 at 3:07 a.m.
Assault With Bodily Injury: During a domestic disturbance between spouses, a non-UT male subject pushed a non-UT female subject out of a vehicle he was driving, which he had stopped.
Beauford H. Jester Center East, 203 East 21st Street
Occurred on 3-23-02 between 12:01 a.m. and 2:05 a.m.
Criminal Mischief: Water flooded the hallway outside a men's fifth floor restroom. Sinks within the restroom were plugged up and the water was turned on resulting in the flooding. All the soap dispensers above the sinks were torn off the walls. Shower curtains and rods were torn from their mountings. Repair cost $250.00.
Music and Bates Recital Hall, 2405 Trinity
Occurred on 3-24-02 at 2:45 p.m.
Criminal Trespass: A faculty member found a subject sleeping under a table inside a 1st floor dressing room. The dressing room (also known as one of the "green rooms") is located below the pipe organ, near the spiral staircase. Subject was described as an oriental male, 40 to 45 years of age, 5'10" to 5'11", dark skin, heavy build, puffy face, wearing a dark jacket, dark pants and tennis shoes.
Parking Lot 11, 200 East 22nd Street
Occurred on 3-24-02 at 10:10 p.m.
Indecent Exposure: A subject, driving a medium blue small sized two-door vehicle, followed a pedestrian who was walking across the Parking Lot. When the pedestrian walked onto the East Mall, the driver was observed sitting in the vehicle with the driver's door open, engaged in lewd activity. Subject was described as a Hispanic male, approximately 30 years of age, with a pudgy build (no other description).
Parking Lot 108, 1500 Red River
Occurred on 3-22-02 between 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m.
Burglary of Vehicle: The right front window was broken out of a 1991 white Toyota. A black vinyl shoulder bag containing two money orders was stolen. Loss value: $270.00.
Parking Lot 112, 2200 Comal Street
Occurred on 3-23-02 at 11:30 p.m.
Burglary of Vehicle: Three non-UT subjects broke out the left rear window of a blue Ford Mustang and stole a car stereo and amplifier. One male juvenile was apprehended after running from a UTPD officer. Two subjects, that were not apprehended, were identified as a Hispanic male and a black male (no other description). The car stereo and amplifier were recovered.
Parking Lot 112, 2200 Comal Street
Occurred between 3-17-02 at 7:00 p.m. and 3-22-02 at 4:30 p.m.
Burglary of Vehicle: A CD car radio was stolen from a possibly unsecured 1998 Green Chevrolet. Loss value: $100.00.
Pharmacy Building, 2409 University Avenue
Discovered on 3-23-02 at 12:20 p.m.
Suspicious Activity: Three dead birds, that had been mutilated, were found on the west side of the building.

Occurred on 3-23-02 at 3:26 a.m.
Attempted Theft: A UT student and a non-UT student were discovered in the act of stealing a newspaper vending rack from the west side of Simkins Hall Dormitory. Subjects were loading the newspaper vending rack into the back of a truck.
Occurred on 3-20-02 between 6:10 p.m. and 8:15 p.m.
Theft: An Ohio license plate was stolen off the front of a 1998 Ford Contour.
Occurred on 3-21-01 between 7:15 a.m. and 4:40 p.m.
Leaving The Scene Collision: An unknown vehicle struck the left front door of a green 1994 Toyota. Damage appears to have been caused by trailer hitch or similar type extension. Repair cost $250.00.

Occurred on 3-23-02 at 12:47 a.m.
Unauthorized Alcohol Consumption: Four UT students and two non-UT subjects were found in a 1st floor study area, consuming alcohol during a card game.
