Engineering-Science Building, 2501 Speedway

Occurred on 3-26-02 at 10:30 a.m.

Suspicious Activity: A white male, 50 years of age, 5' 8" 150 lbs., last seen wearing a black ball cap, black jacket and dark colored pants was reported handing out fliers outside ENS. The fliers contained an overt threat to UT professors who accepted free computers from the Dell Corporation.

Peter T. Flawn Academic Center, #2 West Mall

Occurred on 3-26-02 at 9:30 a.m.

Criminal Mischief: A UT student was identified after ripping several pages from a magazine located inside the first floor reserve section. Loss of value $ 25.00.

Peter T. Flawn Academic Center, #2 West Mall

Occurred on 3-26-02 at 11:30 p.m.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found in a restricted area using a computer after hours. Subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

Garrison Hall, #3 East Mall

Occurred on 3-26-02 at 5:45 p.m.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was observed loitering inside the first floor men's rest room. Subject stated he had a Rec. Sports pass but was changing clothes inside the rest room. Subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning, and was found to have several outstanding outside agency arrest warrants for traffic violations.

Gregory Gymnasium, 2101 Speedway

Occurred on 3-26-02 at 4:52 p.m.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was identified after attempting to solicit credit card applications from the patrons entering the gym. Subject was issued a criminal trespass warning.

Beauford H. Jester Center West, 201 East 21st Street

Occurred on 3-26-02 at 9:40 p.m.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was identified after being found sleeping in a restricted residential area of the building. Subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning, and was found to have an outstanding outside agency arrest warrant for public intoxication.

San Jacinto Residence Hall, 309 East 21st Street

Occurred on 3-26-02 at 1:00 a.m.

Criminal Mischief: An unknown male subject was observed throwing a wooden chair over the first floor railing onto the ground floor, damaging the chair and carpeting. Loss value $300.00.

2400 block Guadalupe

Occurred on 3-26-02 at 8:10 p.m.

Suspicious Activity: A white male subject was reported approaching females along Guadalupe then opening his shirt to expose his bare chest to them. Subject was last seen wearing a dirty white button up shirt and dirty dark pants.
