Harassing Communications: Annoying and embarrassing email was received in a fourth floor office.

Occurred on 3-28-02 at 3:00 p.m.

Suspicious Activity: Several male subjects, sitting in lawn chairs, would make "Lewd" comments to passing females. Subjects were dressed in UT Physical Plant uniforms and left the area in a tan UT marked truck.

Occurred on 3-28-02 between 8:05 a.m. and 8:20 a.m.

Harassing Communications: Multiple annoying telephone calls were received in a ninth floor office.

Robert A. Welch Hall, 105 East 24th Street

Occurred on 3-28-02 between 1:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.

Theft: A Brother Drum fax machine toner cartrage, model 720/730 was stolen from a fifth floor office. Loss value $169.00.

200 block DEAN KEATON

Occurred on 3-27-02 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Theft: A red 18-speed mountain bicycle with front shocks was stolen from the south side bicycle racks. Loss value $120.00.
