Criminal Trespass: Two non-UT subjects were found camping in the park. Both subjects were issued written criminal trespass warnings.
Peter T. Flawn Academic Center, #2 West Mall
Occurred on 5-7-02 at 11:09 p.m.
Unauthorized Entry: A male subject, who was later determined to be a UT student, attempted to enter an area restricted to students, faculty and staff by using a female student's UT identification card because he said he had forgotten his wallet.
George I. Sánchez Building, 1912 Speedway
Reported 5-7-02.
Criminal Trespass: An unknown male subject was seen exiting a west side ground floor women's restroom on 5-6-02 at 7:15 am. This same subject was seen entering the same women's restroom at 7:20 am and 7:30 am. Subject was described as a black male, mid 30's, 5'8" and 180 to 200 pounds. Subject was last seen wearing a blank white t-shirt, stone washed denim shorts that are frayed at the bottom and white tennis shoes.

Occurred between 5-6-02 at 1:00 a.m. and 5-8-02 at 6:55 p.m.
Criminal Mischief: A pencil was used to advertise illegal drug traffic information on a wall in a first floor men's restroom. Removal cost: $5.00.
Union Building, #4 West Mall
Discovered on 5-8-02 8:45 p.m.
Criminal Mischief: A towel dispenser was torn from the wall in a men's restroom, on the north end of the second floor. Repair cost: $25.00.
UNIVERSITY CAMPUS
Loss value: $2,550.00.
Criminal Mischief: Eleven dispensers around campus containing Study Breaks magazines have been tampered with since January 2002. Entire racks of magazines are being removed at one time after the magazines are delivered to the racks. Some of the magazines have been found hidden behind other newspaper racks. Approximately 3000 magazines have been removed in bulk.
West Mall
Occurred on 5-8-02 at 1:15 p.m.
Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was soliciting money for "on the spot" hand drawn portraits of customers. Subject was given a verbal criminal trespass warning regarding unauthorized solicitation on university property.
