Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found in a third floor locker room that is reserved for faculty and staff. Subject was arrested when it was determined that he had received a prior written criminal trespass warning for this area.
Frank C. Erwin Special Events Center, 1701 Red River
Occurred on 5-23-02 at 9:45 p.m.
Theft: Eight pints of Blue Bell ice cream were stolen from a concession stand on the arena concourse level. Forced entry was made into the concession stand during the Del Valle High School graduation ceremony. A male subject (no other description) was seen breaking into the concession stand by a patron that was attending the event. Loss value: $28.20.
Parking Garage #7, 1815 Trinity
Occurred on 5-23-02 at 6:39 p.m.
Criminal Mischief / Theft of Services: A white two door Mitsubishi Mirage was videotaped driving up to the north exit. An unknown black male and black female (no other description) exited the vehicle. The black male walked up to the wooden control exit arm and forced the arm up, which then allowed the vehicle to exit. Repair cost: $100.00. Loss value: $32.00.
Robert Lee Moore Hall, 2515 Speedway
Occurred between 5-14-02 and 5-21-02.
Theft: A new Panasonic Mini DV video camera with accessories that just had been delivered by UPS, was stolen from an unlocked cabinet that was in an unsecured reception office on the fifth floor. Loss value: $1,000.00.
