Occurred on 6-6-02 at 6:40 p.m.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found loitering in a basement men's restroom. Subject was issued a criminal trespass warning.

Goldsmith Hall, #5 West Mall

Occurred on 6-8-02 at 11:50 p.m.

Theft: A UT teaching assistant was stopped on the south exterior side of the building, by UT Police, in the act of removing an arm chair with coasters that belonged to UT.

Graduate School of Business, 100 West 21st Street

Occurred on 6-10-02 at 2:00 a.m.

Criminal Trespass: UT Police found two non-UT male subjects inside a women's restroom on the second floor. Both subjects were issued written criminal trespass warnings.

Kinsolving Dormitory, 2605 Whitis Avenue

Occurred on 6-10-02

Criminal Trespass: Two female residents in a fifth floor dormitory room woke up to find a naked male subject sitting on the edge of one of their beds. The dormitory room's door had been left unsecured. Subject appeared confused as if on drugs. Subject left while wrapping a towel around his waist. A wet pair of gray sport shorts (size 36-38) was found inside the room. Subject was described as a white male, short brown hair, 18 to 22 years of age, 6'1" to 6'4" and 210 to 240 pounds.

Parking Garage #5, 2017 Robert Dedman Drive

Occurred on 6-10-02 at 6:37 a.m.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found sleeping on level 4 of the southwest stairwell. Subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

Parking Garage #7, 1815 Trinity

Occurred on 6-6-02 at 7:00 a.m.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found sleeping in the bushes on the south side of the structure. Subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

J. T. Patterson Laboratories Building, 2415 Speedway

Occurred on 6-7-02 between 11:00 a.m. and 3:40 p.m.

Theft: An over the shoulder dark blue denim bag containing a silver and black Ericson cellular telephone was stolen from an unsecured office on the fourth floor. Loss value: $75.00.

J. T. Patterson Laboratories Building, 2415 Speedway

Occurred on 6-7-02 between 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.

Theft: A black leather wallet with a University of Texas seal stamped on the cover was stolen from a backpack that had been left in an unsecured office on the third floor. Wallet contained assorted credit cards and identification. A suspect was seen leaving the office at the time of the theft. Suspect was described as a black male, 5'8", and 200 pounds (no other description). Suspect was talking on a cellular telephone. Shortly after the theft, one of the victim's credit cards was used at a local discount store.

Penick-Allison Tennis Center, 1701 Trinity

Discovered on 6-8-02 at 4:05 a.m.

Criminal Mischief: Human excrement was left when someone defecated outside of the elevators on level three. Removal cost: $50.00.

Printing and Press Building, 2100 Comal Street

Occurred on 6-7-02 between 8:00 a.m. and 2:45 p.m.

Theft: A gray Porter Cable portable band saw was stolen from a roll-around tool cart that was left unattended in the Packaging Room. Stenciled on the saw in black paint was "Property of Shop 4 Steam Plumbing." Loss value: $125.00.

Robert Lee Moore Hall, 2515 Speedway

Occurred on 6-6-02 between 9:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.

Theft: A blue Jansport backpack was stolen from an unsecured office on the 12th floor. Backpack contained a Swiss army knife and ten $20.00 American Express Travelers Checks. Loss value: $220.00.

Union Building, #4 West Mall

Occurred on 6-7-02 at 1:50 p.m.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found in the 3rd floor Loggia that is reserved for students, faculty and staff. Subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

Walter Webb Hall, 2500 Guadalupe

Discovered on 6-10-02 at 12:29 a.m.

Graffiti: Initials were spray painted in blue aerosol paint on the exterior west wall, south end. Removal cost: $200.00.

2400 San Jacinto Blvd.

Occurred on 6-5-02 between 10:00 a.m. and 8:15 p.m.

Burglary of Motor Vehicle: A navy blue Jansport backpack was stolen from an unsecured dark gray 1995 Honda Civic. Backpack contained eight CD's, three textbooks and a Texas Instruments TI-89 calculator. Loss value: $250.00.
