Occurred on 6-13-02 between 10:00 a.m. and 12:45 p.m.

Harassing Communication: Several annoying and harassing telephone calls were received in an office on the first floor. The caller in the first few incidents sounded like a "young teenage female." The last caller sounded like a "young kid." During the last call, people could be heard talking in the background as if they were telling the "kid" what to say.

T. U. Taylor Hall, #8 East Mall

Occurred between 12-01-01 and 1-25-02.

Theft: A white and blue Castex Carpet Extractor (carpet shampooer) with hose and wand was stolen from a janitorial closet on the first floor. The delay in reporting the theft was due to checking with other custodians because some custodians had borrowed it in the past without telling anyone and then returned it at a later date. Loss value: $700.00.

Subject was described as a black male, 5'6" to 5'8", muscular build, mustache and shaved head. Subject was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and khaki shorts that went to the knees.

24th and Guadalupe

Occurred on 6-13-02 at 5:45 p.m.

Assist an Outside Agency / Indecent Exposure: A female UT student stopped a UT Police officer at 24th and Whitis and reported that a subject had exposed his genitals to her while she was waiting for a bus at an off campus City of Austin bus stop that is located on the southeast corner of 24th and Guadalupe. After a description was broadcast a second UT Police officer located the subject, a non-UT subject, in the 2300 block of Guadalupe in front of the GAP store. Subject was found with his shirttails out. When he lifted his front shirttails, in front of the officer, his genitals were exposed. Subject was released to the Austin Police, who reported they had received another indecent exposure complaint that had been committed by this subject.
