Occurred between 7-1-02 at 4:30 p.m. and 7-2-02 at 7:55 a.m.

Criminal Mischief: A 2'x4' mirror located inside a fifth floor women's restroom was broken. Loss value: $150.00.

Frank C. Erwin Jr. Special Events Center, 1701 Red River

Occurred on 6-30-02 at 3:00 p.m.

Criminal Trespass Warning: A non-UT subject attempted to set up a private concession stand outside the ERC during an event. Subject received a criminal trespass warning.

Frank C. Erwin Jr. Special Events Center, 1701 Red River

Occurred on 7-2-02 at 9:36 p.m.

Criminal Trespass Warning: A UT-staff member attempted to enter a restricted area numerous times and go back stage during an event without the proper credentials. Subject received a criminal trespass warning.

Main Building, #1 South Mall

Occurred on 7-2-02 at 2:34 p.m.

Suspicious Person: A UT-staff member observed a non-UT subject enter the building carrying what appeared to be a pearl handled handgun in the waistband of his pants. The subject was located and the gun was determined to be a toy cap pistol. On June 30th the Austin Police received a similar report involving the same subject in the 2200 block of Guadalupe.

Parking Lot 56, 2600 Block San Jacinto Blvd.

Discovered on 7-2-02 at 5:25 p.m.

Graffiti: Graffiti written in yellow and black spray paint was located on the north rock retaining wall. Repair costs: $250.00.

J.J. Pickle Research Campus, Building 19, 10100 Burnet Road

Occurred between 7-1-02 at 8:30 a.m. and 7-2-02 at 8:45 a.m.

Theft: Two white ZEP battery operated can deodorant dispensers and three cans of ZEP spray deodorant were stolen from all three of the first floor restrooms. The third deodorant dispenser was left hanging from the wall inside the women's restroom. Loss value: $50.00.

Townes Hall, 727 East Dean Keeton Street

Occurred on 7-2-02 at 4:45 p.m.

Criminal Trespass / Assist Outside Agency: A non-UT subject was observed entering several offices and the library asking female staff members for their names and their ages. During the investigation it was determined the subject had an outstanding outside agency warrant. Subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.
