Frank C. Erwin Jr. Special Events Center, 1701 Red River

Occurred on 7-26-02 at 9:40 p.m.

Public Intoxication: A non-UT subject, while attending a musical event, urinated on the band's soundboard and on the shoe of the building's special events manager. Subject was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was an endangerment to himself.

Occurred on 7-26-02 at 9:50 p.m.

Public Intoxication: A non-UT subject, while attending a musical event, threw beer on the people in his seating area. Subject was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was an endangerment to himself.

Harry Ransom Center, 300 West 21st Street

Occurred on 7-29-02 at 3:10 a.m.

Criminal Trespass: A UT staff member and a non-UT subject were observed by UT Police climbing over the construction fence on the north side of the building. Both subjects were issued written criminal trespass warnings.

Beauford H. Jester Center, 201 East 21st Street

Occurred on 7-27-02 at 1:29 a.m.

Criminal Mischief: The glass was broken out of the second floor Jester City Limits Cafeteria door and the mail slot was damaged on a third floor office door. An unknown subject was seen running from the scene. Subject was described as a white male, late teens to early twenties, 5'7", 150 pounds, and was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt (no other description).

Parking Lot 38, 2300 Red River

Occurred on 7-26-02 between 8:00 a.m. and 11:05 a.m.

Criminal Mischief: A sharp instrument was used to put a seven-foot scratch on the right side of a red Chevrolet Blazer that was parked in the lot. Repair cost: $800.00.

Physical Plant Building. 5, 1600 Manor Road

Occurred on 7-19-02 between 7:55 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

Criminal Mischief: A bicycle, that was secured in an equipment storage room, was damaged when the rear wheel rim was bent, the rear derailleur was bent into the spokes, the quick release lever housing on the rear wheel was broken in half, the brake cables were disconnected and air was let out of the front tire. Repair cost: $100.00.

San Jacinto Residence Hall, 309 East 21st Street

Occurred on 7-26-02 at 9:20 p.m.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found wandering around on the first floor and had no official business for being in the building. Subject had received a prior written criminal trespass warning.
