Graffiti: A silver paint marking pen was used to write gang style graffiti on the metal placard displayed outside the south entrance to the field. Cleanup cost: $100.00.

Discovered on 7-31-02.
False Report to Police Officer: On 2-25-02 a UT student reported that someone used his ATM card to withdraw over $1,400 from his personal checking account. After a UT Police investigation, it was determined that a fraud did not occur but that the complainant personally withdrew the funds in question.
Parlin Hall, #2 South Mall
Occurred on 8-3-02 at 5:20 p.m.
Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found in a second floor room that is reserved for students, faculty and staff. Subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.
Union Building, #4 West Mall
Occurred between 8-2-02 at 11:30 p.m. and 8-3-02 at 12:50 a.m.
Graffiti: A gold paint pen or marker was used to write gang style symbols on a wall in a second floor men's restroom. Cleanup cost: $30.00.
University Teaching Center, 105 West 21st Street
Occurred on 8-3-02 at 7:40 a.m.
Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found asleep on a couch on the first floor. The building was closed to the public. Subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.
100 East 24th Street
Discovered on 8-3-02 at 12:47 a.m.
Arson: A circular wooden kiosk located between Welch and Painter Hall was found on fire. The kiosk is used to display authorized paper handbills and paper notices. Several paper flyers had been set on fire. Repair cost: $100.00.
