Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found to be storing personal items in a trailer adjacent to the walkway on the west side of the building. Subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

Union Building, #4 West Mall

Occurred on 8-21-02 between 5:45 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Theft: A green Jansport backpack was stolen from the Forty Acres Room, which is located on level two. Backpack contained clothing, medical papers and prescription medication. Loss value: $20.00.

Walter Webb Hall, 2500 Guadalupe

Occurred on 8-21-02 at 12:55 p.m.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found sleeping on the west side of the building by the dumpsters. Subject had been consuming an alcoholic beverage. Subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.
