Occurred on 9-21-02 at 6:55 p.m.

Public Intoxication: During the UT football game, a non-UT subject attempted get into the stadium by running through gate 27 without a ticket. Subject was found to be under the influence of alcohol to the point he was a physical endangerment to himself.

Public Intoxication / Consumption Of Alcohol By Minor: During the UT football game, a UT subject under the age of twenty-one was stopped as he started to enter the stadium at gate 12. Subject was found under the influence of alcohol to the point he was an endangerment to himself.

Occurred on 9-21-02 at 9:15 a.m.

Disorderly Conduct-Abusive Language / Assault: During the UT football game, a UT student was struck in the mouth by another UT student when he shouted a profane remark at the UT quarterback and made a profane remark about the assaulter's mother. Incident occurred in Section 27.

Consumption Of Alcohol By A Minor: During the UT football game, a UT student under the age of twenty-one, approached a UT Police officer by the concession stand under section 128 and asked the officer if he could "do the wave." Subject was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage.

Failure to Identify / Minor In Possession Of Alcohol: During the UT football game, a non-UT subject under the age of twenty-one was found in possession of an alcoholic beverage at the End Zone Club. Subject first stated she was twenty-two years of age and then thirty years of age.

Jesse H. Jones Communication Center, BUILDING B, 2504B Whitis Avenue

Discovered on 9-20-02 at 9:50 a.m.

Burglary Of Coin-Operated Machine: A Coca-Cola vending machine located in the parking garage was broken into and an unknown amount of money was stolen.

Beauford H. Jester Center East, 203 East 21st Street

Occurred on 9-20-02 at 7:39 a.m.

Consumption Of Alcohol By Minor: A UT student was found passed out in a fourth floor dormitory room due to alcohol poisoning. A response by emergency medical service personnel was required.

Union Building, #4 West Mall

Occurred on 9-21-02 at 2:35 a.m.

Criminal Mischief: A witness observed an unknown subject throwing a metal trash receptacle lid against the sidewalk resulting in damage to the lid. Subject was last seen running west through the Renaissance Market. Subject was described as a black male, 6', thin build, in his early twenties. Subject was last seen wearing a red Fubu shirt and navy blue jeans. Subject had been in the company of several black males. Some in the group were wearing red-letter jackets with white sleeves. Replacement cost: $50.00.

Union Building, #4 West Mall

Occurred on 9-21-02 at 10:09 p.m.

Public Intoxication / Assist An Outside Agency: A non-UT subject refused to leave the building even though he was told four times by staff members to leave after creating a disturbance. Subject was found under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was an endangerment to himself. Subject was found to have an outstanding outside agency arrest warrant for public intoxication.

University Teaching Center, 105 West 21st Street

Discovered on 9-20-02 at 8:15 a.m.

Burglary Of Coin-Operated Machine: A Coca-Cola vending machine located on the fourth floor was broken into and an unknown amount of money was stolen.

300 East 21st Street

Occurred on 9-21-02 at 6:00 p.m.

Unauthorized Soliciting / Failure to Identify: A UT student had set up a card table on the north side of Roberts Dormitory and was selling t-shirts in violation of University regulations. Subject gave a false name and date of birth.

200 East Jester Circle

Occurred on 9-20-02 at 11:20 p.m.

Leaving The Scene Collision: A witness observed a black 1997 Ford Mustang strike the left front quarter panel of a white 2000 Chrysler that was parked along the north curb line and then leave the scene without giving notice. Repair cost: $1,000.00.

Parking Lot 104, 1900 North IH-35

Occurred between 9-18-02 at 12 noon and 9-20-02 at 4:25 p.m.

Burglary Of Motor Vehicle: The front driver's side vent window was broken out on a white Ford pickup and the car's radio was stolen from the vehicle while it was parked on the west side of the Parking Lot. Repair cost: $150.00. Loss value: $200.00.

Occurred on 9-21-02 at 8:52 p.m.
