Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found in a third floor men's locker room that is reserved for faculty and staff. Subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

Beauford H. Jester Center East, 203 East 21st Street

Occurred between 9-22-02 at 10:30 a.m. and 9-23-02 at 11:30 a.m.

Theft: A silver Trek 21-speed bicycle was stolen from a bicycle rack that is located just north of the main entrance. The bicycle had yellow designs on the frame and had a black and yellow seat. The bicycle was secured to the rack with two separate cables. Loss value: $150.00.

Kinsolving Dormitory, 2605 Whitis Avenue

Occurred between 9-5-02 at 4:00 a.m. and 9-23-02 at 5:00 a.m.

Harassing Communication: An unknown male subject made repeated telephone calls to a fifth floor dormitory room after being told not to call again. Subject asks personal and intimate questions.

Kinsolving Dormitory, 2605 Whitis Avenue

Occurred on 9-23-02 at 3:22 p.m.

Criminal Trespass: Two non-UT subjects were found on the first floor attempting to sell magazine subscriptions in violation of university regulations. Subjects were issued written criminal trespass warnings.

Moore-Hill Dormitory, 214 East 21st Street

Occurred between 9-21-02 at 2:00 a.m. and 9-23-02 at 10:55 a.m.

Theft: A dark green Giant Boulder men's bicycle with front shocks was stolen from a bicycle rack on the south side of the building while it was secured with a "thick" cable and key lock. Loss value: $130.00.

Parking Lot 115, 2000 Leona Street

Occurred on 9-23-02 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:20 p.m.

Burglary Of Motor Vehicle: The driver's side rear vent window was broken out of a black 1992 Honda Accord and the vehicle's stereo with capacitor and speakers were stolen. A Hispanic male, 5'10", thin build, with short dark hair was seen in the victim's car at approximately 4:00 pm. The subject had a dark colored car parked near the victim's vehicle. Repair cost: $250.00. Loss value: $250.00.

West Mall, West side of Main Bldg.

Occurred on 9-23-02 at 2:05 p.m.

Criminal Trespass: Two non-UT subjects had set up a table and were soliciting credit card applications in violation of university regulations. Subjects were issued written criminal trespass warnings.
