Clark Field, 1900 San Jacinto Blvd.

Occurred on 10-3-02 between 9:20 p.m. and 9:50 p.m.

Theft: During a thirty-minute period, a black leather bi-fold wallet and a set of keys were stolen after being left under a t-shirt by the northwest entrance. The wallet contained $120.00 cash, assorted credit and identification cards. The property was stolen on 10-3-02 between 9:20 pm and 9:50 pm. When the victim called one of the credit card companies to cancel a card he was told that the card had been used twice at two area merchants.

F. Loren Winship Drama Building, 300 East 23rd Street

Occurred on 9-26-02 and 10-3-02

Assault (Two counts): On 9-26-02 at approximately 4:00 pm a female UT student was offensively touched on her buttocks during a drama class. On 10-3-02 at 4:00 pm during a drama class the female student approached a male UT student and demanded an apology. When it appeared the apology was not forthcoming, the female slapped the male in the face.

Gregory Gymnasium, 2101 Speedway

Occurred on 10-3-02 between 8:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.

Theft: A brown bi-fold wallet containing seven dollars cash, assorted credit and identification cards was stolen from a secured locker in the first floor men's locker room. The locker was found broken open. Loss value: $12.00. Theft occurred on 10-3-02 between 8:30 pm and 10:00 pm. At 10:00 pm someone attempted to use one of the stolen credit cards at the University Federal Credit Union's automatic teller machine located at 4611 Guadalupe.

L. Theo Bellmont Hall, 2109 San Jacinto Blvd.

Occurred on 10-3-02 at 8:41 p.m.

Criminal Trespass: An unauthorized non-UT subject was found in a third floor men's locker room that is reserved for faculty, staff and Recreational Sports members. Subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

Parking Garage #3, 200 East Martin Luther King Blvd.

Discovered on 10-4-02 at 3:15 a.m.

Criminal Mischief: A dark blue Chevrolet Tahoe parked on the east side of level 5 was found covered with powdered sugar, icing and toilet paper. Removal cost: $10.00.

Parking Lot 110, 2200 Comal Street

Occurred on 10-3-02 between 9:00 a.m. and 6:15 p.m.

Burglary of Motor Vehicle: The right front window was broken out of a white 1995 Pontiac Grand AM. A talking 360-degree laser radar detector, thirteen CD's and an in-dash Pioneer DEH-12 radio/CD player was stolen from the vehicle. Repair cost: $200.00. Loss Value: $400.00.

Parking Lot 115, 1600 East 20th Street

Occurred between 10-3-02 at 11:55 p.m. and 10-4-02 at 1:09 a.m.

Criminal Mischief: The right front window was broken out of a black 1993 Toyota Corolla that was parked on the east side of the Parking Lot. Repair cost: $200.00.

1900 Red River

Occurred on 10-4-02 at 1:50 a.m.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found under a tree asleep on top of a bedroll. Several empty cans of beer were found next to the subject. Subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

West Mall, 2200 Guadalupe

Occurred on 10-3-02 at 6:00 p.m.

Assault: A UT Police officer observed a non-UT subject being pushed to the ground by another non-UT subject. Prior to the police officer's arrival the assailant had poked the victim several times in the back with a metal rod, pushing him down several times, and threatened to hit him. Subjects were acquaintances of each other and the assailant claimed the other owed him money.
