When officers lost sight of him, they approached the vehicle and found the subject lying on the ground between the curb and the front wheels of the car he had been driving. A large black C cell Mag flashlight was found in the grass 20 feet from where the subject was found. A pair of black cloth gloves and a screwdriver was found on the passenger seat of the subject's vehicle. Subject was found to be wearing four separate layers of clothing and when he was asked to identify himself, he gave officers a false name. The owner of the vehicle the subject was driving was contacted to come pick up his car. When the owner arrived at the UT Police station, he was found to be too drunk to drive. A friend that came with the owner stated he would drive the car. He was found to have five outstanding outside agency arrest warrants for traffic violations.
