Occurred on 10-8-02 at 5:20 p.m.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was stopped while wandering around the first floor of the Longhorn Club. Subject stated that he had a meeting and he thought he was in St. David's Hospital. Subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

Garrison Hall, #3 East Mall

Occurred on 10-8-02 at 11:45 a.m.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found in an area that was reserved for students, faculty and staff. Subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

Parking Garage #5, 2017 Robert Dedman Drive

Occurred on 10-8-02 at 1:56 p.m.

Theft of Services: A red 1999 four door GMC Blazer was seen exiting the west side of the parking garage without paying by following another vehicle out the exit before the exit control arm came down. Videotape and license of vehicle was turned over to UT Police for follow-up investigation. Loss value: $32.00.

Recreational Sports Center, 2001 San Jacinto Blvd.

Occurred on 10-8-02 between 2:00 p.m. and 2:20 p.m.

Theft: A blue Eastpak backpack was stolen from the first floor weight room when it was left unattended for 20 minutes. The backpack contained a blue Nextel cellular telephone, a white 309 statistics textbook, a green 306K chemistry textbook and a brown bi-fold Fossil wallet. The wallet contained $80.00 cash along with assorted credit and identification cards. Loss value: $320.00.

Union Building, #4 West Mall

Occurred on 10-8-02 at 3:35 p.m.

Theft / Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was observed taking food products from a refrigerator in the ground floor coffee shop and not paying for them. Subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

University Teaching Center, 105 West 21st Street

Occurred on 10-8-02 at 9:45 p.m.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found sleeping on a couch on the first floor. Subject initially claimed to be a UT student. Subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.
