Assault by Threat: A non-UT subject threatened a staff member with serious bodily injury during a domestic argument while they were standing on the east side of the building.

Occurred on 10-10-02 at 8:43 p.m.
Criminal Trespass / Assist an Outside Agency: Two non-UT subjects were found in a third floor men's locker room that is reserved for staff, faculty and Recreational Sports Members. Both subjects were issued a written criminal trespass warning. One subject was found to have two outstanding outside agency arrest warrants for traffic violations.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found sleeping on the south side of the building. Subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.
Parking Lot 104, 1900 North IH-35
Occurred on 10-10-02 between 9:10 a.m. and 3:55 p.m.
Burglary of Motor Vehicle: The right rear window was broken out of a white 1991 Toyota 4-runner that was parked in the southwest corner of the Parking Lot. A red Sony amplifier and a metallic blue 12-inch Kenwood subwoofer were stolen from behind the back seat where they had been mounted. $340 cash (rent money) was stolen from the front console located between the two front seats. Repair cost: $200.00. Loss value: $440.00.
Robert A. Welch Hall, 105 East 24th Street
Occurred on 10-10-02 between 9:30 a.m. and 9:45 a.m.
Theft: A black leather Exhilaration purse was stolen from a backpack that was left unattended in a classroom for approximately 15 minutes. The owner was in the classroom to take a test and left her backpack by her seat while she went to the front of the classroom to pickup her test. The purse contained $40.00 cash, an AT&T pre-paid telephone card along with assorted credit cards and identification. Loss value: $75.00.
