Occurred on 11-01-02 at 5:05 p.m.
Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was observed wandering around the rear patios of several apartments and looking into dumpsters. Subject was located and found to have been issued several prior criminal trespass warnings.
Brackenridge Hall Dormitory, 207 East 21st Street
Occurred on 11-03-02 at 11:30 p.m.
Harassment: An unknown male caller made several lewd and harassing telephone calls to a second floor dorm room.
Etter-Harbin Alumni Center, 2110 San Jacinto Blvd.
Occurred 11-03-02 at 12:01 a.m.
Public Intoxication: A non-UT subject, attending an event, began making sexual references and using profane language towards female staff members inside the alumni center. Subject was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage.
Gregory Gymnasium, 2101 Speedway
Occurred on 11-01-02 between 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Theft: A silver Motorola T720 cellular telephone was stolen from an unsecured day locker inside the first floor weight room. Loss value: $30.00.
Beauford H. Jester Center West, 201 East 21st Street
Occurred on 11-1-02 at 2:45 a.m.
Public Intoxication: A UT student was observed staggering and unable to support himself as he exited the Capital Metro E-bus. Subject was unsure where he lived. Subject was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. Subject was transported to Brackenridge Hospital due to acute alcohol poisoning.
Main Building, #1 South Mall
Occurred between 10-31-02 at 4:30 p.m. and 11-01-02 at 7:30 a.m.
Theft: A grey six-inch Sonatinta Westclock AM/FM radio and digital LED display was stolen from a secured first floor office. Loss value: $30.00.

Occurred on 11-01-02 at 7:15 a.m.
Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was observed camping out and sleeping on a ground level bench. Subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.
O. Henry Hall, 601 Colorado
Occurred on 11-01-02 at 4:39 p.m.
Criminal Trespass: Two non-UT subjects were observed crossing a chain barrier located on the north side of the building and entering a stairwell so that they could consume several beers out of the weather. Both subjects were issued written criminal trespass warnings.
George I. Sánchez Building, 1912 Speedway
Occurred on 11-01-02 at 9:50 p.m.
Criminal Trespass / Assist outside Agency: A non-UT subject was observed urinating on the south portion of the building. Subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning. Subject had several outstanding outside agency warrants.
Whitaker Fields, 51st Street and Guadalupe
Occurred on 11-03-02 between 6:30 p.m. and 7:45 p.m.
Burglary of Motor Vehicle: A brown leather bi-fold wallet along with various identification cards and credit cards were stolen from an unsecured white 2001 Ford Taurus parked in the west side Parking Lot. Loss value: $25.00.
2300 block Guadalupe
Occurred on 11-01-02 between noon and 2:45 p.m.
Suspicious People: Three unknown males were observed harassing females on the West Mall and along Guadalupe. Subjects were observed stopping females in an attempt to sell them magazines. All three subjects would then start asking personal information of the females. When a female did not have the money to purchase the magazines they were escorted to the nearest ATM. One unknown subject would become visibly upset when his advances were turned down. First subject is described as a white male, 5'10" thin build, blond hair slicked down, acne scarring on face, was last seen wearing a black and red motorcycle jacket. Second subject is described as a black male, 5'10"- 6'0", bald or shaved head. Third subject is described as a Hispanic male, 5'8"-5'10".
