Battle Hall, #1 West Mall

Occurred on 11-21-02 at 4:15 p.m.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found loitering in a basement men's restroom without using the facilities. Subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

Garrison Hall, #3 East Mall

Occurred on 11-22-02 at 5:15 p.m.

Criminal Trespass / Assist an Outside Agency: A non-UT subject was found loitering in the ground floor men's restroom without using the facilities. Subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning. Subject was found to have three outstanding outside agency arrest warrants for failure to appear on traffic citations.

Beauford H. Jester Center, 2003 Speedway

Occurred on 11-22-02 at 2:30 p.m.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found on the third floor in violation of an administrative order that barred him from campus. Subject had also received a prior written criminal trespass warning.

Jesse H. Jones Communication Center, Building A, 2504A Whitis Avenue

Occurred between 11-21-02 at 1:30 a.m. and 11-22-02 at 5:30 p.m.

Theft: Two black 4'x 4' Rubbermaid floor mats were stolen from the second floor next to the elevators. Loss value: $200.00.

Beauford H. Jester Center West, 201 East 21st

Occurred on 11-24-02 at 5:00 a.m.

Public Intoxication / Consumption of Alcohol By Minor: A UT student under the age of 21 was found in a 9th floor restroom under the influence of an alcohol beverage to the point she was a physical endangerment to herself. Subject was transported by EMS to the hospital due to alcohol poisoning.

Parking Garage #3, 200 East Martin Luther King Blvd.

Occurred between 11-21-02 at 10:00 p.m. and 11-22-02 at 7:00 p.m.

Theft: Two license plates and their frames were stolen from a blue 1971 Cadillac while it was parked on the ramp between level 4 and 5. The license plates are Texas Classic car personalized plates that read "71 CADI." The license plate frames are original chrome Cadillac plate frames with red lettering. Loss value: $110.00.

Parking Garage #6, 105 East 27th Street

Occurred on 11-25-02 at 12:10 a.m.

Criminal Trespass / Failure to Identify: Two UT students were found skateboarding on the sixth floor level of the garage after UT Police responded to a report of subjects skateboarding and throwing objects off of the sixth floor of the garage. Both subjects gave fictitious names. Both were issued written criminal trespass warnings.

Parking Lot 67, 1900 Speedway

Occurred between 11-19-02 at 6:45 p.m. and 11-21-02 at 12:30 p.m.

Criminal Mischief: A scratch extending from the right front passenger door to the rear of the vehicle was made on a black 2002 Honda. The owner stated that before she parked her vehicle she had to backup to let another car pull out of the parking place. A silver 2000 Mitsubishi had pulled in behind her. The owner honked to have the Mitsubishi backup, which resulted in the Mitsubishi honking at her but not backing up. After approximately five minutes the Mitsubishi pulled around her and drove off. The driver was described as college age female of possible Asian descent. Repair cost: $800.00.

Parking Lot 67, 1900 Speedway

Occurred on 11-24-02 at 11:20 p.m.

Theft / Assist an Outside Agency: A witness observed two UT students remove a street sign and a metal pole with a stop sign attached from a sports utility vehicle. Subjects were stopped by UT Police and it was determined that the signs had been stolen from off campus. The investigation was turned over to the Austin Police.

Recreational Sports Center, 2001 San Jacinto Blvd.

Occurred on 11-8-02 between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Theft: A black leather wallet was stolen from some "jeans" that were left hanging on a locker in the first floor men's locker room. The wallet contained $17.00 cash, a credit card and assorted identification cards. Loss value: $20.00.

Union Building, #4 West Mall

Occurred on 11-22-02 between 9:00 p.m. and 11:10 p.m.

Graffiti: A green felt marker was used to write a web address on a wall in a second floor men's restroom. Removal cost: $20.00.

Waller Creek, 1900 San Jacinto Blvd.

Occurred on 11-21-02 at 8:20 p.m.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found sitting in the dark under a bridge. Subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

Whitaker Fields, 5100 Guadalupe

Occurred on 11-21-02 at 11:00 a.m.

Assist an Outside Agency: A UT student was found to have two outstanding outside agency arrest warrants for deadly conduct.

200 East 21st Street

Occurred on 11-20-02 at 11:20 p.m.

Assist an Outside Agency: A non-UT subject was stopped for a moving traffic violation. Subject was found to have an outstanding outside agency arrest warrant for failing to appear on a traffic citation.

2400 San Jacinto Blvd.

Occurred on 11-23-02 at 2:05 a.m.

Public Intoxication: UT Police observed a UT student stumbling southbound in the middle of the street. Two vehicles had to swerve to avoid hitting the subject. Subject was found under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was an endangerment to himself.
