Centennial Park, 1700 Red River

Occurred on 12-12-02 at 9:20 p.m.

Criminal Trespass / Assist an Outside Agency: Two non-UT subjects were found camping out with sleeping bags under the Waller Creek bridge. Both were issued written criminal trespass warnings. One subject was found to have three outstanding outside agency arrest warrants for failure to appear for traffic violations.

Homer Rainey Hall, 200 West 21st Street

Occurred on 12-12-02 at 6:56 p.m.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found asleep under a blanket on the north side of level one. Subject was issued a criminal trespass warning.

Beauford H. Jester Center East, 203 East 21st Street

Occurred on 12-12-02 between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.

Harassing Communication: A non-UT subject, who is the estranged boyfriend of a UT student, has made repeated abusive telephone calls to a dormitory room on the sixth floor. The calls are possibly being generated from College Station.

Beauford H. Jester Center East, 203 East 21st Street

Occurred on 12-13-02 at 4:35 a.m.

Public Intoxication / Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor - 2 Counts: A non-UT female subject, under the age of twenty-one, was found unconscious in a ninth floor women's restroom stall due to alcohol poisoning. When revived she stated that she was staying with the female UT student that was passed out in the next stall. The next stall was found locked but empty. Subject was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point she was an endangerment to herself. A UT student under the age of twenty-one, that had been with the subject was found in a ninth floor dormitory room under the influence of an alcoholic beverage.

Lake Austin Center, 3001 Lake Austin Blvd.

Occurred between 10-15-02 and 12-12-02 at 10:01 a.m.

Harassing Communication: A non-UT subject, who is the estranged boyfriend of a UT employee, has made repeated threatening telephone calls while the victim has been on University property. Subject is described as a Hispanic male, 41 years of age, 5'8", 200 lbs with black hair and brown eyes.

Mary E. Gearing Hall, 200 West 24th Street

Occurred on 12-11-02 between 6:50 p.m. and 9:45 p.m.

Theft: A red women's five-speed Schwinn bicycle was stolen from a bicycle rack that was located on the northeast side of the building while it was secured with a cable lock. Loss value: $200.00.

Parking Garage #1, 2401 San Jacinto Blvd.

Occurred between 12-9-02 a 12:00 noon and 12-11-02 at 2:00 p.m.

Theft: Two 48" x 9" x 4" Lithonia Rough Service Linear fluorescent light fixtures were stolen from a secured ground floor elevator mechanical room that was located in the southwest corner of the garage. Loss value: $570.00.
