Occurred on 12-19-02 at 1:31 a.m.
Public Intoxication - Three Counts: Three non-UT subjects were found on the southwest side of the building. Two of the subjects were engaged in a physical altercation (fight). All three subjects were found under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point they were a physical endangerment to themselves.

Occurred on 12-18-02 at 5:45 p.m.
Possession of a Controlled Substance / Assist an Outside Agency: Two non-UT subjects were found under the bridge on the west side of the building. Subjects were found in the act of smoking marijuana. A subsequent search found one of the subjects in possession of crack cocaine. One of the subjects had three outstanding outside agency arrest warrants for failure to appear on three traffic citations.
Beauford H. Jester Center West, 201 East 21st Street
Occurred between 12-17-02 at 5:00 p.m. and 12-18-02 at 9:00 a.m.
Criminal Mischief: Abusive and profane language against an ethnic group was written on Division of Housing and Food flyers that were posted in a 14th floor men's restroom. Evidence indicates that a former and or current resident is involved in the incident. Repair cost: $10.00.
Geology Building, #10 East Mall
Occurred between 11-14-02 at 4:30 p.m. and 11-18-02 at 10:00 a.m.
Theft: A black ergonomic Intellespace computer keyboard stand that was still in the manufacture's unopened white box, was stolen from an unsecured third floor room. The stand had been left in the area for the construction contractors to install. Loss value: $250.00.
T. S. Painter Hall, #2 South Mall
Discovered on 12-19-02 at 2:25 a.m.
Graffiti: A black felt marker was used to draw two symbols on the inside of elevator #1's doors. Removal cost: $30.00.
Robert A. Welch Hall, 105 East 24th Street
Occurred between 11-28-02 at 8:00 p.m. and 12-12-02 at 10:00 p.m.
Theft: An 18-speed, white Alez Specialized bicycle was stolen from a bicycle rack on the east side of the building while it was secured with a cable lock. Loss value: $400.00.
Union Building, #4 West Mall
Occurred on 12-18-02 at 9:48 a.m.
Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found in a 3rd floor area that is reserved for faculty, staff and students. Subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.
