Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium, 405 East 23rd Street

Occurred on 1-5-03 at 6:00 p.m.

Criminal Trespass: Two UT students and one non-UT subject climbed over a perimeter fence and were found on level two of the southeast ramp. All subjects were issued written criminal trespass warnings.

Etter-Harbin Alumni Center, 2110 San Jacinto Blvd.

Occurred on 1-3-03 at 5:30 p.m.

Assist an Outside Agency: A non-UT subject was observed on the west side of the building, hiding behind a tree on the creek bank. Subject was found to have an outstanding outside agency arrest warrant for failing to appear on a traffic citation.

Graduate School of Business, 100 West 21st Street

Occurred on 1-6-03 at 1:16 a.m.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found living inside a fourth floor room. Subject had been living there for almost one week. Subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

Peter T. Flawn Academic Center, #2 West Mall

Occurred on 1-5-03 at 6:50 a.m.

Criminal Trespass: A non-UT subject was found in the first floor lobby after business hours when the building is supposed to be locked. Subject was issued a written criminal trespass warning.

Robert Lee Moore Hall, 2515 Speedway

Discovered on 1-4-03 at 5:10 p.m.

Criminal Mischief: Pry marks were found on a Coca Cola vending machine that was located on the east side of the building. Repair cost: $75.00.

George I. Sánchez Building, 1912 Speedway

Occurred on 1-4-03 at 5:30 p.m.

Criminal Trespass: Three non-UT subjects were observed performing bicycle trick riding on the stair railing on the east side of the building. All subjects were issued written criminal trespass warnings.

2100 San Jacinto Blvd.

Occurred on 1-5-03 at 6:00 p.m.

Theft: A UT student was observed for twenty minutes attempting to steal an orange mountain bicycle that was secured to a bicycle rack on the east side of the street. Subject finally defeated the locking system and was arrested as he started to walk away with the bicycle.

2700 San Jacinto Blvd.

Occurred on 1-5-03 at 12:20 a.m.

Public Intoxication / Possession of a Controlled Substance: A non-UT subject was observed attempting to ride a bicycle southbound. Subject was swerving and repeatedly put a foot on the ground in an attempt to maintain his balance on the bicycle. Subject was found under the influence of an alcoholic beverage to the point he was an endangerment to himself. Subject was found in possession of a baggie of marijuana.
