Beauford H. Jester Center West, 201 East 21st

Occurred on 2-20-03 between 12:40 a.m. and 1:59 a.m.

Assault by Threat / Criminal Mischief: A threat of bodily harm was yelled through the door of a 12th floor dormitory room. The peephole to the same dormitory room door had been removed from the outside of the door. A 12th floor resident had stated he had beaten on the same door after a Resident Assistant had checked on a loud noise complaint coming from his dormitory room during a party. The resident denied yelling the threat or removing the peephole. Repair cost: $50.00.

Discovered on 2-20-03 at 1:45 a.m.

Graffiti: White paint was used to write a word and three symbols on a 1st floor restroom wall. Removal Cost: $50.00.

Lee and Joe Jamail Texas Swimming Center, 1900 Red River

Occurred on 2-18-03 between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.

Theft: A black leather Kenneth Cole wallet containing $175.00 cash, a credit card, various gift cards and identification cards was stolen when it was left unsecured in an unsecured 1st floor women's locker room. Loss amount: $210.00.

Parking Garage 4, 109 West 27th

Occurred on 2-19-03 between 7:05 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.

Criminal Mischief: A 10-foot long scratch was placed along the driver's side of a red 2000 Chevrolet Silverado pick-up truck while it was parked in the southwest corner of the 3rd level. Repair cost: $500.00.

San Jacinto Residence Hall, 309 East 21st

Occurred on 2-19-03 between 9:05 p.m. and 9:07 p.m.

Suspicious Activity: Three subjects were seen by the bulletin board in the 5th floor elevator lobby. One of the subjects tore down an information bulletin that alerted residents regarding three suspicious black male subjects who had been entering female resident's dormitory rooms. The first subject is described as a black male approximately 6' tall, last seen wearing a blue shirt and basketball shorts. The second subject is described as a black male, "medium complexion", last seen wearing a "wrap" on his head. No description was given for the third subject.

2100 Speedway

Occurred on 2-19-03 between 7:45 p.m. and 8:07 p.m.

Leaving the Scene Collision: A black 2000 Ford Mustang was struck on the left side rear bumper by an unknown vehicle that left the scene of the collision without leaving notice. White paint was transferred to the vehicle that was struck. Repair cost: $150.00.

Sutton Hall, 210 West 21st

Occurred on 2-19-03 between 2:45 p.m. and 2:50 p.m.

Theft: An 8-foot yellow fiberglass ladder with the word "Telecom" written on the inside rail was stolen from a 2nd floor room. Loss amount: $150.00.
